We love this stay, great apartment, clean, has EVERYTHING including gym in the building/ parking. We are able to walk everywhere. This is our second stay here and we will be back!

The property was exactly as advertised. The location is great, right on the Boise River Greenbelt and very close to the university. Check in and check out were a little problematic as there were different times given for check-in and checkout on the app compared to what the property owner wanted. It was stressful trying to negotiate and I ended up having to kill time in the airport before the owner would let me check in at 6 PM.

Great place, great location & great communication throughout! Very clean, and close to amenities in Boise (the park and river, multiple grocery stores). A winner!

Mark’s communication is top notch! He accommodated use due to a family emergency, which was greatly appreciated. The property is spacious and clean. The beds were incredible!!! Would highly recommend!

My husband and I booked this for a couple days when we drove up for a concert. We received very clear instructions upon check in. Mark was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The place was neat and clean, great location within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The gym is excellent. If ever in Idaho again, we will stay here. Thank you.
