Lovely studio apartment in the perfect location! My daughter and I came for BSU orientation and my wife and I will certainly be staying there again when we come to visit. A 10 minute walk to the university and even closer to everything downtown Boise has to offer. Hosts were great and easy to work with. Would highly recommended for a couple of single person who wants to be in the middle of everything that Boise has to offer!

Mark was very kind and his apartment was perfect for our road trip through Boise. He was very responsive and we liked staying at his place. The ease of check in and out was nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Cloud Stays' place at The LOCAL in downtown Boise! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The LOCAL is also incredibly centrally located—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center, and numerous other local attractions. It has great amenities too, including a gym, pool, and rooftop area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Mark was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!
