Where are the Cloud Stays apartments?
Our six apartments are at LOCAL Boise, 250 E Myrtle Street in downtown Boise, Idaho, next to Whole Foods and near Julia Davis Park, the Boise River Greenbelt, Boise State University, and St. Luke’s Hospital.
Is parking included?
Each apartment includes one reserved garage parking space. Spaces may not accommodate oversized vehicles; contact us before arrival if you need help planning parking.
Do the apartments have kitchens and laundry?
Yes. Each apartment has a full kitchen, a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer and dryer, so you can cook and take care of laundry during your stay.
Which building amenities can guests use?
Guests have access to shared building amenities including the pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and co-working spaces. These are shared with other residents and guests and are subject to building hours, rules, and availability.
Can I book an extended stay or a work trip?
Yes. Our furnished apartments welcome longer visits and work trips, with Wi-Fi, kitchens, laundry, and parking. Stays longer than seven nights require professional weekly cleaning, billed separately. Contact us to discuss your dates and extended-stay arrangements.
What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Are the apartments private?
Yes. You book the apartment for your stay. Shared building amenities are separate from the residence.
How do I check availability?
Choose your dates and guest count in the booking box, or open an individual property to explore its available-days calendar. Select See stay total on the property page to review current rates, then continue to booking when you’re ready.
Where can I find the house rules and cancellation policy?
Each property page includes a Things to know section with house rules and cancellation information. Review the applicable terms and deadlines shown during booking.
Which apartment has room for six?
Two-Suite Vista accommodates up to six guests and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our other five stays accommodate up to three guests each.
